Introduction to Ceramics Workshop

The City’s Arts and Culture Branch is inviting Youth to apply to participate in a FREE Introduction to Ceramics Workshop!

In this 10-week workshop, participants will receive an introduction to the basic principles and practices of ceramics while discovering their creativity and learning a new skill. No previous knowledge of ceramics is required!

We are looking for youth between the ages of 18 and 35 years old who have an interest in creating ceramic objects/pottery and who are willing to see the course through from beginning to end.

Note that there is limited space is available and specific selection criteria will be taken into consideration!

Workshop Dates: From 21st January until 31st March 2023 (Saturday mornings and 4 evening classes)

Workshop Venue: Bellville Art Centre (inside the Bellville Library Centre), Carl Van Aswegen St, Bellville
